The Legendary Krieg Class Mod Legendary Torch comes from the Borderlands 2 Digistruct Peak Upgrade Pack.

Legendary Torch - Unique Ability

At max level the Torch Class Mod grants the following stat bonus:

Burn Damage: +65%
