If a Phaselocked enemy dies, Phaselock has a chance to seek out new target.
Instead of phaselocking a target, the enemy now becomes an ally for Phaselock's duration.

If a Phaselocked enemy dies, they release homing Life Orbs that seek out you or an ally.
Each Life Orb restores 15% Missing-Health.
While an enemy is Phaselocked you gain increased Fire Rate and Gun Damage.
While an enemy is Phaselocked the team receives Health Regeneration.
Using Phaselock on a downed ally revives them.
Phaselocking an enemy creates a Fire Explosion, damaging nearby enemies.
While an enemy is Phaselocked, your bullets have a chance to ricochet off enemies towards other nearby enemies.
Shooting an enemy spawns a lingering Acid Cloud, dealing constant Corrosive Damage to enemies within.
Only one Acid Cloud can be active at a time.
Your melee attacks deal a flat amount of extra Fire Damage.
On Shield break, you create a fire nova that damages nearby enemies.
Your shield must fully recharge between novas.
Killing an enemy causes you to constantly deal Fire and Corrosive Damage to nearby enemies for a short time.
Phaselock now Slags, Electrocutes, and Corrodes enemies around it.
