Killing an enemy creates a Friendship Nova at the enemy location, healing you and your allies in the radius for up to 15% Max-Health.
Allies who are low on health are healed for more.
Gun Wizard:
You and your allies gain drastically increased Fire Rate and Reload Speed.
Improves your Shield Capacity, Shield Recharge Rate, and Shield Recharge Delay.
On Shield break, you release a Mega-Nova that heals you and your allies for up to 15% Max-Health, but hurts enemies.
Targets low on health are healed for more. Your shield must fully recharge between Mega-Novas.
Increases your Max Health and Damage Reduction.
Whenever you gain Second Wind, you gain increased Gun Damage, Melee Damage, and Crit Damage for a while.

The fewer Frag Stacks you have, the greater the multiplier. Defensive Subroutines always receive triple capacity and regen, regardless of stacks.
One Shot Wonder:
Every shot empties all bullets from your magazine.
Increases Grenade Damage.
Throwing a grenade adds Frag Stacks.
While this Elemental Subroutine is active, you gain increased Damage with that Element, but decreased Damage with all other Elements.
On Shield break, fill or entering FFYL, you release an Elemental Nova with the Element of the current Subroutine.
