Legendary Reaper - Unique Ability

At max level the Legendary Reaper Class Mod grants the following stat bonus:

Team - Kill Skill Duration: +99%

Borderlands 2 Kill Skills have a duration of 7s.
With the Legendary Reaper Class Mod this will be increased to 13.9s.
