The Legendary Shotgun Frequency is manufactured by Maliwan and comes from the Borderlands 3 Bounty of Blood - DLC.

Frequency - unique Ability

Weapon Element toggleable between 2 of the 5 Elements.
Every shot requires a 1 sec charge up.

Shoots 1 Bullet that breaks the Sound Barrier and then splits into multiple Pellets.

Killing an enemy stacks a buff up to 5 times.
Each stack lasts for about 14 sec.
All stacks are lost when entering FFYL or swapping weapons.

Buff:

There are 18 weapons in the Bounty of Blood - World Drop pool, so for farming a specific weapon it's best to seek out its dedicated Source.
If you still want to test your luck, you should equip a Shlooter Artifact or All-in Shield to increase your Legendary World Drop Chances.
