At max level the Legendary Ranger Class Mod grants the following 2 stat bonuses:

Team - Recharge Rate: +60.5%
Team - Recharge Delay: -57.5%

Bug (Credit: Demonite)
Only boosts Onslaught or Quick Charge if you equip the Legendary Ranger while these Kill Skills are active.
Also displays false Team - Recharge Delay value.
