An Enemy needs to be hit at least every 2s or the debuff resets.
Additionally, its magazine refills each time you apply the 10th stack to an enemy.
The Needle Gun Reload Explosion deals 500% x Card Damage x leftover Bullets.
Making it the highest damage Tediore Reload Explosion!
Homing Reload
The thrown homing Weapon explodes on enemy contact or surface impact.
Damage-Type:
The Needle Gun's Damage isn't considered SMG Damage nor any other [Weapon-Type] Damage.
But it still benefits from generic Gun Damage.
