The Legendary SMG Long Musket is manufactured by Tediore and comes from the Borderlands 3 Base Game.

Long Musket - unique Ability

Flamethrower that shoots flames with a limited reach.
Continuous firing extends its reach to a limit after 2 sec.
The max range is comparable to the player's room on Sanctuary, from door to window.

Turret Reload
‍The thrown Long Musket explodes on enemy contact or sticks to a surface and becomes a walking turret that scorches nearby enemies.
When the turrets magazine is empty it runs at an enemy and explodes.

The thrown Long Musket explosion only deals single digit Damage!

Borderlands 3 World Drops are items that drop from any suitable Loot Source in addition to their dedicated sources.
There are around 150 unique items in the Base Game - World Drop pool, so for farming a specific weapon it's best to seek out its dedicated Loot Source.
If you still want to test your luck, you should equip a Shlooter Artifact or All-in Shield to increase your Legendary World Drop Chances.
