The Legendary Grenade Tran-fusion is manufactured by Atlas | Hyperion | Tediore and comes from the Borderlands 3 Base Game.

When the Transfusion explodes it sends out healing orbs that heal 120% of Health damage dealt.

All Elements & Non-Elemental on the Tran-fusions are equally common with 16.66%.
All Elements except of Cryo have -5% Radius.

Atlas - Homing Grenade homes in on closest target.
Hyperion - Longbow Grenade teleports to the aimed destination.
Tediore - Lobbed Grenade is thrown in an arc.
It explodes shortly after impact.

The Tran-Fusion spawns with any combination of 0 to 2 Behaviors.
Generator can occur 1 | 2 times which increases its effect.

Generator ^{66.7% | 16.7%} Heals shield for 30 | 60% of Shield damage dealt.
