The Legendary Grenade Ghast Call is manufactured by Torgue and comes from the Borderlands 3 Bloody Harvest Event.

Ghast Call - Unique Ability

‍Throws a Skull that causes a corrosive explosion on impact.
Spawns 3 additional homing Skulls after initial explosion.
While Terrified: Spawns twice the amount of additional Skulls [6 or 12 with Divider].

Ghast Call - Delivery Method

Torgue - Exploder Grenade is thrown in an arc.
It immediately explodes on impact with an enemy.

Ghast Call - Behaviors

The Ghast Call spawns with any combination of 0 to 2 Behaviors.
Each Behavior can only occur once!

The Vindicator prefix occurs on 1.1% of Ghast Calls and combines the Divider and Roider Behavior.

Divider ^12.4% Splits into 2 Skulls mid-flight.
Roider ^23.8% +20% Grenade Damage.

General Farming Guidance

To collect and equip the Legendary Ghast Call, you need to own the BL3 Bloody Harvest Event.

Like all of the three Borderlands 3 events, Bloody Harvest is free and was added to the base game on June 24, 2021.
You can enable one of the three events at a time in the main menu ▸ Play.

To efficiently farm the exclusive Bloody Harvest items, follow these steps:

Accept Maurice's quest near Hammerlock's room on Sanctuary III.
Look for enemies with a yellow aura; they are possessed by a rare and rewarding Loot Ghost.
The best areas to farm Loot Ghosts and collect 25 Hecktoplasm are these enemy-dense locations:
- ‍Scraptrap Prime: The Scraptrap Nest is dense with enemies and easy to farm.
  To respawn all Scraptraps, simply stay on the outermost edge of the exit ledge for a short time.
- Voracious Canopy: You find a high enemy density at the map's entrance and by the waterfall in the Battleship Wreck.
- The Slaughter Shaft: Each round in the Slaughter Shaft spawns dozens of enemies.
Head to The Heck Hole and defeat Captain Haunt.

Note:
Enabling the Bloody Harvest event allows Terror Anointments to appear on any item.
If you don't want Terror Anoints, ensure the event is not active.
