The Scorpio Reload Explosion deals 25% x Card Damage x leftover Bullets.

Turret Reload
The thrown Scorpio explodes on enemy contact or sticks to the ground and becomes a stationary shielded turret.
As a turret it shoots bullets and rockets at nearby enemies.
Rockets don't deal splash damage.
