Weapons usually get one part per group, but sometimes multiple or none. Numbers in the top-right indicate the range of parts a group can have.
Parts usually have equal drop chances, or it's indicated nearby.
Quest Reward
In Borderlands 3 Quest Rewards are rewarded during or at the end of the quest.
After the quest is completed there are 3 ways to farm Quest Rewards:
Eridian Fabricator
Using the Eridian Fabricator's Legendary firing mode for 250 Eridium, has a chance to drop Base Game World Drops and Quest Rewards.
Veteran Rewards Machine
Crazy Earl's Veteran Rewards Machine in Sanctuary has 1 of 45 Base Game Quest Rewards, as the Item of the Day.
Diamond Loot Room
The Diamond Loot Room can be opened with a Diamond Key and contains around 22 random Weapons from almost any Content or Loot Pool.
