The Epic Shield Limit Break is manufactured by Pangolin and comes from the Borderlands 3 Fantastic Fustercluck DLC.

While the Limit Break is active, it has a 20% Projectile Absorb Chance.

When it absorbs a projectile it grants you +20% Cooldown Rate for 4s.
Absorbing a projectile while this buff is still active resets the timer.

Additionally, the Limit Break has a hidden effect that doubles your Max-Health.

Bug Note:
The Plus Ultra's Cooldown Rate doesn't work for Fl4k's Gravity Snare and Zane's MNTIS Shoulder Cannon.

66.66% of Limit Breaks are Non-Elemental and each Element is equally common with 6.66%.
