The Rare Assault Rifle Kitten is manufactured by Vladof and comes from the Borderlands 2 Campaign of Carnage DLC.

Kitten - Unique Ability

Projectiles spread in the shape of a smiley face.
The spread starts out tight, lengthens and then closes in again.
