"Footsteps of Giants" is the 21th Main Story Mission and is unlocked when you complete "The First Vault Hunter".

Description:

Typhon thinks you can stop The Destroyer with the help of The Machine, but you’ll need four Vault Keys. Typhon knows where the Nekrotafeyo Vault Key is, and knowing is half the battle. The other half is sending a Vault Hunter to fight.
