The Twisted Delugeon fires a Fish that explodes on impact, dealing Physical Splash Damage and applying Soaked.
Additionally, the Twisted Delugeon has a Lighting Twister Rocket firing mode, that sends forth a Tornado that knocks back enemies and explodes on impact dealing Lighting Splash Damage. The Lighting Twister Rocket Mode has 1 ammo and takes 8s to regenerate.
Soaked enemies take +50% Lighting and Frost Damage, but -50% Fire Damage for 10s.
