The Rare Shotgun Negotiator is manufactured by Torgue and comes from the Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Base Game.

Negotiator - unique Ability

The Negotiator fires Laser Guided Gyrojets that explode on impact, dealing Physical Splash Damage.

Additionally, the Negotiator has a Sticky Mode, the makes the Gyrojets stick to a target, dealing +7% damage for each stuck Gyrojet.
The stuck Gyrojets explode when reloading, switching Modes/Weapons or after 10s.
