The Kyros' Power has increased Damage, Fire Rate, Mag Size, Element Level and reduced Recoil.
Dealing direct health damage creates 2 or 3 slow transfusion orbs that home in on you.
They heal for a 2 digit health amount if they aren't intercepted by an enemy.
It may also merge with the Cyclops, creating the Hybrid Weapon: Cyclops' Power

Look out for a Kyros' Power with a 3.2x Weapon Zoom.
Compared to the Sight 5 (best regular sight) the Cyclops Scope has:
