Complex Root - Unique Ability

Requires a 1-second charge up and then shoots one 2-Round Burst.

Shot Bullets spawn 13 additional Bullets along their flight path.
Additional Bullets first diverge from the direction of the Main-Bullet at a right angle, then each follows a random zigzag pattern.
Additional Bullets explode on impact or after 2 sec and deal [weapon element] Splash Damage.
