Note:

Infected Badass Saplings can be encountered throughout The Fight For Sanctuary DLC. In Normal Mode they are called Infected Sprout.

Only the Infected Badass Saplings can drop the Nirvana. They can appear almost everywhere in DLC 5, but I recommend farming them in Dahl Abandon.
