The Legendary Spell Time Skip is manufactured by Wyrdweaver and comes from the Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Base Game.

Time Skip - unique Ability

Channeling the Time Skip Spell, spawns up to 5 small orbs that wait at the targeted location.
Releasing the Spell causes the orbs to rush towards the newly targeted location, exploding on impact and dealing Dark Magic Spell Damage.
