The Effervescent Relic Hard Carry is manufactured by Eridian and comes from the Borderlands 2 Fight for Sanctuary - DLC.

Hard Carry - unique Ability

When using the Hard Carry in combination with the Easy Mode Shield you will triple your Max Health and your Fight for your Life Duration will almost be 2 minutes.

But only in Raid on Digistruct Peak.
