The Legendary Heavy Sprezzatura is manufactured by Torgue and comes from the Borderlands 4 Base Game.

Sprezzatura - Unique Ability

The Sprezzatura launches a Laser-Guided Rocket that ascends, then homes in on the live laser location.
On impact or after 5s, it explodes, dealing 100% [Element] Splash Ordnance Gun Damage in a large radius.
