The Legendary SMG Prowler is manufactured by Daedalus and comes from the Borderlands 4 Vault of the DamnedDLC.

Prowler - Unique Ability

After charging, the Prowler fires slow homing Bullets with a smoking trail that explode on impact, dealing 100% Kinetic Splash Gun Damage, or disappear after 5s.
On Reload, airborne Bullets rapidly accelerate toward their targets, dealing 100% Kinetic Gun Damage.
