Timed Availability

To collect and equip the Legendary Murmur, you need to own the BL4 Horrors of Kairos Event.

As a Borderlands 4 Halloween celebration running from Oct 23 to Nov 6, 2025, Gearbox released the Horrors of Kairos Seasonal Mini-Event.

During this mini-event the Rift Bubble Champion - World Event features Blood Rain Weather.
Killing the Boss, sends a Rift Justice Reward to the Reward Center with a chance to contain one of these new items:

  • Murmur - Legendary Tediore Assault Rifle
  • Skully - Legendary Order Grenade

Additionally, Gearbox released the following SHIFT Code that unlocks a Weapon Skin and a Vault Hunter Head:
