On enemy impact, it explodes and deals 100% Kinetic Splash Ordnance Damage.
After enemy impact, or if an enemy is along its trajectory, it positions itself mid-air and shoots nearby targets for 3s, each shot dealing 50% Kinetic Splash Ordnance Damage.
