When the Skully is thrown, it slowly flies in an arcing trajectory, bouncing off surfaces while homing in on an enemy and shooting at them, each shot dealing 35% Kinetic Splash Ordnance Damage.
On enemy impact, it explodes, dealing 100% Kinetic Splash Ordnance Damage.

- Also addressed an audio issue with the fire effects that were causing it to not lower in volume with distance.
