While the Artillery Sphere is equipped, a polygonal Observer Sphere orbits the Vault Hunter, dealing 100% [Element] Splash Ordnance Damage every 0.33s while in contact with an enemy.
The Artillery Sphere is thrown in a fast linear trajectory and explodes on impact, dealing 100% [Element] Splash Ordnance Damage.
For 3s after enemy impact, the Observer quickly latches onto the target, dealing Damage while in contact before resuming its orbit. Hitting another enemy refocuses the Observer.
