The Legendary C4SH Class Mod Table Hopper comes from the Borderlands 4 The Last ResortDLC.

Table Hopper - Unique Ability

Kill Skill. Whenever C4SH kills an enemy, he gains a random number of Hopper Stacks. If he ever has more than 21 Stacks, he loses all Stacks and receives a random Bust Effect.

Whenever C4SH activates an Action Skill, he receives a number of random Buffs based on how many Hopper Stacks he has for 12 seconds. The closer to 21 Stacks, the greater the Bonus and number of Bonuses.

C4SH's Table Hopper Class mod always comes with the Stat:

+40% Gun Damage

‍Legendary and Epic Class Mods get 7 Bonus Points that are distributed randomly. A Skill's maximum Bonus Points depend on its original maximum.
