Hotshot - Unique Ability

Replaces Cross-Fire's Burst Fire with a Beam Spin Attack that deals Fire Damage.
While Windfall is active, these Beams always Critically Hit.

To collect and equip the Legendary Hotshot, you need to own the BL4 Vault of the DamnedDLC.

Vault of the Damned items in Borderlands 4 can only come from dedicated source or the exclusive DLC World Pool. Here’s your quick start guide:

Locate the Source: Make sure you have unlocked the Location.
