The Legendary Amon Class Mod Elementalist comes from the Borderlands 4 Base Game.

Elementalist - Unique Ability

Whenever an Affinity Skill gains a Stack, all unlocked Affinity Skills also gain a Stack.
For each Stack of Affinity from all Affinity Skills, Amon gains increased Movement Speed and +4% Damage Dealt.
