The Legendary Loveless Class Mod Devourer comes from the Borderlands 4 Base Game.

Devourer - Unique Ability

When Wyrm deals Damage, it has a 5% Chance to Devour an enemy, dealing 30% of enemies Total HP. Devour deals 10% Total HP to Badasses, and 1% to Bosses instead.

The Chance for Devour is increased by 1% per Symbiosis Stack.
