The Legendary Vex Class Mod Configuration comes from the Borderlands 4 Vault of the DamnedDLC.

Configuration - Unique Ability

On Action Skill or Command Skill activation, spawns a Blood Rift (max 2) for 10s.
Blood Rifts fire Remnant Orbs every 0.67s, each dealing 50% Kinetic Splash Gun Minion Damage based on held weapon when spawned.

Vexs Configuration Class mod always comes with the Stat:

Locate the Source: Make sure you have unlocked the Location.
